It uses biocompatible dental implants to directly connect your dentures to your jaw. With your dental restoration fully attached, you can leave our Los Algodones, Mexico, dental clinic with a smile that never slips out of place.
What Components Make Up All-on-4?
Though you won't see your abutments, they're a crucial part of your dental results. The abutments are what attach your dental implants to your new dentures.
No need to wait months for a new smile. While you wait for permanent dentures, we'll provide temporary restorations. In some cases, they will be attached to your dental implants right after surgery.

Once you're fully healed and ready for your final set of dentures, you can return to our Los Algodones office. There, we'll connect your dental implants to your permanent custom dentures.

I had such a positive experience with Castle dental! I had extensive work done there (8 root canals, 11 crowns, 3 implants and 1 extraction) All of the employees were respectful, Knowledgeable, professional and kind. I am extremely impressed by all aspects of this particular dental company. There was no pressure for extra services, they quoted the prices via email before my arrival and they arranged the hotel stay and were very accommodating for my needs while I was there. The facilities were comparable if not better than the US and they completed all the work in two and a half days! But they don't rush you at all, if you need or want more time in between procedures its zero problem and they seem to encourage your comfort more than any specific timing. I am looking forward to returning in 4-6 months to complete the crowns for the implants. I probably saved around 75 percent on costs from the US and if feels like the service was twice as good! Thanks to everyone at Castle Dental! Your team was great and I really appreciate your work and help!

If you were ever concerned about going south of the border for any dental work, I'm here to tell you I definitely was! Castle dental came highly recommended to me by a very good friend of mine.
Castle dental met me at the border and walked me to their office. I was greeted very professionally and comfortably by the smiling face of Mariana. I was impressed by how clean the office was. And all the equipment was state of the art.
I had Implants done Top & Bottom. They worked very hard to make sure that I was comfortable & happy with the work done. And I was!!!! Mariana was the first person you see when you arrive and the last person you see when you leave. She just had a way of making things feel all better.
In my opinion they deserve MORE than 5 stars. I need to go back for some alignment issues. Let's see how that goes!

How Much Will My All-on-4 Treatment Cost?
We believe in full transparency about cost, so that you have all the information available to make your decision. We will divide total costs differently, depending on when we can place the temporary restoration on your implants.
For your first visit, All-on-4 dental implants are $8,000 to $10,000 for a single upper or lower arch, or $16,000 to $20,000 for both. In the second stage, the cost is $4,000 to $6,000 for each arch or $8,000 to $12,000 for both. Our dentists also offer All-on-6, which will be the same price as All-on-4.
There may be additional costs included like sedation ($700), which we will let you know about beforehand.
